Returns
Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date you received your order.
Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resellable condition.
Exclusions: Certain products, such as opened skincare items, cosmetics, and personalized items, cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Return an Item
Contact our customer service team at care@fairyskin.co within 14 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
Once approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping address.
Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping service.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged product.
We will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on availability and the nature of the damage.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
